È possibile cercare le richieste attive e chiuse dalla schermata principale.

È possibile cercare Richieste attive e chiuse per:

  • Request ID
  • Borrower symbol
  • Lender symbol
  • Autore
  • Titolo
  • Article title (active requests only)
  • Patron name 
  • Patron user ID
  • Patron department
  • Reference ID (borrower active requests only)
  • Local ID (borrower active requests only)
  • Barcode dell'item
  • Note dello staff
  • Tag richiesta

 Note: Closed Requests are searchable by Patron name and Patron ID during the period specified to retain patron data.  When a closed request exceeds the patron data retention period, patron information is removed from the request.  Please see Patron Data Retention for more information.

Per cercare le richieste:

  1. Scegliere un'opzione di ricerca dall'elenco a discesa.
  2. Digitare una parola chiave o un numero nell'apposito campo.
  3. (Optional) Un-check the check box to deselect Active requests or Closed requests, divided into Borrower and Lender requests. The system responds with any matching requests.
  4. Click the magnifying glass.
  5. Fare clic sulla richiesta che si desidera visualizzare. Verrà visualizzata la schermata dei dettagli della richiesta.
