Ruoli

The roles assigned to your WorldShare account determine your access level and the actions you can take. The main product roles are described below.

For library admin: To manage roles, see WorldShare Admin > User Management.

For library staff: If you are unsure which roles are assigned to your account, ask an admin user at your library. If your institution does not have an admin user, please contact OCLC Support.

Amministrazione circolazione Perform all circulation tasks, configure library policies, process policy exceptions, manage item and user records, run reports, and access the Digby app.
Banco circolazione Perform all circulation tasks, override most policy exceptions, manage item and user records, run reports, and access the Digby app.
Studente lavoratore Perform standard circulation tasks, manage item and user records, and access the Digby app.
Circolazione studente lavoratore Perform standard circulation tasks, manage user records, and access the Digby app.
Privacy del banco circolazione Perform standard circulation tasks, override most policy exceptions, manage item records, and access the Digby app. Provides limited access to user data.
Studente lavoratore limitato Perform basic circulation tasks and access the Digby app. Provides limited access to user data.
Visualizzatore report circolazione Run Circulation reports.
