I added a mismatched link to my Dummy collection but the link has not disappeared
Symptom
- When trying to unpair a mismatched link in WorldCat Discovery, a user adds a record to their Dummy collection in the WorldCat Knowledge Base, but the link continues to appear.

- WorldCat knowledge base
- Collection Manager
- WorldCat Discovery
Resolution
The information included in the Dummy collection's record must match the information in the correct bibliographic record. Make sure you check the following:
- Title (copy and paste this directly from Discovery)
- Override OCN
- 13-digit ISBN
- Format Type (ie. links appearing on Ebook or print records must have the Ebook format, serials must have the journal format, Videos must have the Video format, etc.)
If you've checked all of these, but the link still appears, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC symbol, the OCN of the title with the bad link and an image of the bad result page proving they are not the same.
