How does Tipasa and WorldShare ILL handle duplicate requests?

Answer
When a request is placed via the Automated Request Manager, the automation system detects and identifies requests for the same OCLC number from the same patron that are submitted within 20-30 seconds of each other. If potential duplicates are detected, the requests will be sent to your review queue.
This only applies to requests that run through automation.
