Delete a local holdings constant data record (Fundamentals)

Discover how to delete a local holdings constant data record from a list or from the Edit Constant Data screen in WorldShare Record Manager Fundamentals.

Delete a constant data record on the Edit Constata Data page

  1. In the left navigation, click Toolbox. The Constant Data tab opens by default.
  2. Selezionare Record di posseduto locale dall'elenco a discesa Tipo di dati.
  3. Search for the constant data record or click a Constant Data Record Name. The constant data editor opens in the tab.
  4. Select one or more constant data records.
  5. Click Delete Selected Record(s). A confirmation message appears which states how many bibliographic constant data records were deleted. If the bibliographic constant data record is the default constant data record, you will receive a warning message.

Delete a constant data record on the Edit Constant Data page

  1. In the left navigation, click Toolbox. The Constant Data tab opens by default.
  2. Selezionare Record di posseduto locale dall'elenco a discesa Tipo di dati.
  3. Click a Constant Data Record Name.
  4. From the Record drop-down list, select Delete Selected Record(s). A confirmation message appears which states how many bibliographic constant data records were deleted. If the bibliographic constant data record is the default constant data record, you will receive a warning message.
