Delete a bibliographic constant data record (Fundamentals)

Discover how to delete a bibliographic constant data record from a list or from the Edit Constant Data screen in WorldShare Record Manager Fundamentals.

Delete a bibliographic constant data record from the list

  1. Nella barra di navigazione a sinistra, fare clic su Toolbox. Per impostazione predefinita, viene aperta la schermata Scheda Dati costanti > Record dati bibliografici costanti.
  2. Search for the constant data record or click the name of an existing constant data record. The constant data editor opens in the tab.
  3. Select one or more bibliographic constant data records.
  4. Click Delete Selected Record(s). A confirmation message appears which states how many bibliographic constant data records were deleted. If the bibliographic constant data record is the default constant data record, you will receive a warning message.

Delete a bibliographic constant data record on the Edit Constant Data screen

  1. Nella barra di navigazione a sinistra, fare clic su Toolbox. Per impostazione predefinita, viene aperta la schermata Scheda Dati costanti > Record dati bibliografici costanti.
  2. Click a Bibliographic Constant Data Name.
  3. From the Record drop-down list, select Delete Selected Record(s). A confirmation message appears which states how many bibliographic constant data records were deleted. If the bibliographic constant data record is the default constant data record, you will receive a warning message.
