Create a database-only collection (Fundamentals)
WorldShare Acquisitions and WorldShare License Manager libraries, create a database-only knowledge base collection through Collection Manager Fundamentals.

Database-only collections are used primarily by libraries when they need to acquire collections that do not have a defined list of titles. For example, a library might create a database-only collection for the Oxford English Dictionary website. Doing so would allow them to:

Database-only collections will not set holdings in WorldCat or output MARC records.
Creare una collezione di soli database
- Accedere all'interfaccia di WorldShare: https://yourlibrary.share.worldcat.org/wms
- Navigate to Metadata > Collection Manager Fundamentals.
- Fare clic su Crea una collezione e scegliere Collezione Knowledge base dall'elenco a discesa.
- Selezionare Collezione solo database.
- Fare clic su Crea.
- Immettere il nome della collezione (potrebbe essere il nome del database).
- Immettere l'ID collezione.
- Fare clic su Salva.
