Reschedule a notification
If changes are made to a policy, manually reschedule the notifications at the policy level.
To reschedule a notification:
- Click the Reschedule button
in the Actions column on the policy screens.
- Choose the notification type.
- Click Confirm.
From the Loan Policy screen, the available notifications for rescheduling are:
- Loan Due Date Reminder
- Loan Overdue Notification
From the Long Overdue and Lost Policies screen, the available notification for rescheduling is:
- Loan Long Overdue Notification.
Note: Not all notification types allow for the rescheduling option due to their being sent based on a triggering event.
