Reschedule a notification

If changes are made to a policy, manually reschedule the notifications at the policy level.  

To reschedule a notification:

1. Click the Reschedule button  in the Actions column on the policy screens.
2. Choose the notification type.
3. Click Confirm. 

From the Loan Policy screen, the available notifications for rescheduling are:

• Loan Due Date Reminder
• Loan Overdue Notification

From the Long Overdue and Lost Policies screen, the available notification for rescheduling is:

• Loan Long Overdue Notification.

 Note: Not all notification types allow for the rescheduling option due to their being sent based on a triggering event.
