Search and filter legal deposit receipts

Scoprite come cercare e filtrare le ricevute di deposito legale in WorldShare Acquisitions.

You can search for legal deposit receipts on the Legal Deposit Receipts screen.

 Nota: la schermata Ricevute di deposito legale è accessibile solo se è stato avviato l'invio di ricevute di deposito legale.

View and filter legal deposit receipts

  1. Navigate to Navigate to Legal Deposit Receipts > Legal Deposit Receipts.
  2. Click Search to view all legal deposit receipts.
    Or
    From the drop-down list, select an index and enter the search term(s). Click Search.
    • Results are sorted alphabetically by name.
    • To change the sort order, click any column heading.
  3. To filter:
    1. Click one of the filter names.
    2. Select the values you want to apply. You can select one or more. When more than one value is selected, the system searches for any of the selected values.
    3. Click Apply. Once the filter is applied, you can hover over the filter name to view the selected values.
  4. Click the Receipt Number to view or edit it.

Scheduled È prevista la consegna della ricevuta di deposito legale.
Sending The legal deposit receipt is in the process of being delivered.
Sent The legal deposit receipt has been delivered.
Vendor To search for a vendor, enter the vendor name in the search box. As you type, the field will suggest vendors from your list.

Colonne disponibili per le ricevute di deposito legale

Colonna Descrizione
Date Last Sent La data dell'ultimo invio della ricevuta di deposito legale.
Number of Copies The number of items or copies in the legal deposit receipt.
Numero di volte in cui è stato inviato The number of times the legal deposit receipt was sent.
Numero di ricevuta The number of the legal deposit receipt.

Click the receipt number to view the legal deposit receipt.
Status
Status Descrizione
Scheduled È prevista la consegna della ricevuta di deposito legale.
Sending The legal deposit receipt is in the process of being delivered.
Sent The legal deposit receipt has been delivered.
Vendor The vendor to which the legal deposit receipt was sent.

Click the vendor to open the vendor record. You can enter a Troubleshooting Contact from the Acquisitions Setting accordion.

Mostra/nascondi le colonne

You can choose the columns that appear.

  1. Fare clic sul pulsante grigio a forma di ingranaggio (Pulsante grigio del cambio) sopra la colonna più a destra.
  2. Nella finestra Mostra colonne, selezionare o deselezionare le colonne che si desidera mostrare o nascondere.
  3. Chiudi la finestra di dialogo facendo un clic altrove.
