Change to URL of vendor management API
The domain URL of the vendor endpoint has changed from a data-center-specific URL (vic.sd100.worldcat.org) to the URL pattern used for invoices and budgets that is based on the registry ID of the institution ({registry_id}.share.worldcat.org/vendor-management.
All applications using the vendor management API must update their URLs by September, 2024, when the old URL will be deprecated.
