New features and enhancements

Regionalization of vendor data

Continuing our commitment to privacy (GDPR) and security standards (FedRAMP) compliance, we will be moving our vendor data to our regional data centers. Public vendor data will still be shared among libraries, but data will be shared and stored regionally rather than globally. As stated above, this helps to ensure complicance with multiple privacy and security standards which cover things like vendor contact data. All vendors currently in our global database will still be accessible within the regional scope now. New vendors created will only be shared regionally. There should be no significant impact to library workflows.
