Web Service Keys Admin role

The Web Service Keys Admin role (API Key Manager) allows users to access WSKey Management at the OCLC Developer Network. This role can be used by institutions who do not have another administrative role to assign (e.g., EZproxy-only institutions).
Many Admin roles can also manage WSKeys, including:
