WMS Acquisitions Integration

Use this screen for settings related to integrating Resource Sharing for Groups with WMS.

Acquisizioni

Use this setting to activate Resource Sharing for Groups and WorldShare Acquisitions integration.

Per abilitare l'integrazione:

  1. Select the On check box next to Enable WMS Acquisitions integration.
  2. Fare clic su Salva.

Circulation

Use this setting to activate the Resource Sharing for Groups and WorldShare Circulation integration. Activating integration is the final step in configuring this feature.

If you are not a WMS library, see Non-WMS Circulation Integration for more information.  

Activate integration

  1. Complete all steps as described in Set up Tipasa and WorldShare Circulation integration.
  2. Select the On check box below Enable WMS Circulation integration to activate the integration.
  3. Optional. Enable additional borrowing configurations.
  4. Optional. Enable additional lending configurations.
  5. Click Save.

Borrowing configurations

Configure additional options as the borrowing institution by selecting the On check box. Options include:

Crea record elemento di circolazione alla ricezione When the item is marked as Received in Resource Sharing for Groups, the temporary item is created in WorldShare Circulation.
Utilizzare il codice a barre dell'elemento spedito del fornitore The supplier's shipped item barcode is the barcode of the item as entered by the lending library into the request. If enabled, the supplier's barcode is automatically updated in the Temporary barcode field of the borrowing request.
 

 Nota: il codice a barre del fornitore può essere sovrascritto nella richiesta.
Utilizzare l'ID richiesta come codice a barre dell'elemento L'ID richiesta è un numero univoco assegnato alla richiesta ILL dopo l'invio. Se abilitato, l'ID richiesta viene aggiornato automaticamente nel campo Codice a barre temporaneo della richiesta di prestito.
 

 Nota: il codice a barre del fornitore può essere sovrascritto nella richiesta.
Restituisci l'articolo al reso When the item is updated to Returned in Resource Sharing for Groups, the temporary item is checked into WorldShare Circulation.
Addebita la spedizione all'utente Automatically assess a patron fee when the lending library marks a request as Shipped In Transit.

Lending configurations

Configure additional options as the lending institution by selecting the On check box. Options include:

Presta l'articolo alla spedizione When Resource Sharing for Groups staff reply Yes to a request, the item is checked out to the borrowing institution patron account in WorldShare Circulation.
Restituisci elemento alla restituzione When the item is Checked in/Complete in Resource Sharing for Groups, it is checked in and appears available in WorldShare Circulation.
