New Procedure for updating ISO in ILLiad 9.1
Symptom
- If you are using ISO ILL, there is a new process for updating in 9.1

Resolution
Please follow the instructions in the 9.1 ISO Service Upgrade. If you are hosted by OCLC, we will take care of this process if you are using ISO ILL. Please note, you cannot use Powershell II to run the update. You need to run Powershell v. 1. The link should be something like this for Powershell:
c:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe

The ILLiad 9.1 release is no longer supported and you should upgrade today to version 9.2. See Updating ILLiad to the Newest Version for the suggested workflow.
