An ILLiad request is stuck in Awaiting Lending Scanning
Symptom
- A request is in Awaiting Lending Scanning
- When you try to open the Awaiting Lending Scanning queue, a blank scanning form appears without any request information

Resolution
Items from in Awaiting Lending Scanning did not finish the scanning process. Here is how to fix them:
- Right-click on the Awaiting Lending Scanning queue and select View Requests. This also works for In Stacks Searching.
- Open the request you want to process
- Click on Mark Found Scan Now and complete the scan.
