"Unable to save" error when trying to save Collection Manager Institution Settings
Symptom
- You are unable to save changes to your Institution settings in Collection Manager due to an "Unable to Save" error.

Resolution
This error means that a setting in any tab of the Institution Settings is incorrect. The tab with the issue will be highlighted in red. Click on that tab and you should see a message underneath the field with the issue. Use the message to resolve the problem. There are some known causes:
- Required field that is empty or has no selection
- Required fields set to something disallowed
- Blank spaces in the textbox either before or after the text
