I have a collection that is selected, but it doesn't appear when I uncheck "My Selected Collections."

Symptom
  • You do not see a collection that you have selected when searching across all collections, even though it is within the search parameters

  • WorldShare Collection Manager
Resolution

Please ensure that the collection is not custom (ID beginning with "customer"). These do not appear in searches where "My Selected Collections" is unchecked because that search only encompasses global titles.
