Export bibliographic records from an export list (Fundamentals)

Discover how to export individual or multiple bibliographic records using TCP/IP as well as how to export multiple bibliographic records to your local machine in WorldShare Record Manager Fundamentals.

Esportare un singolo record bibliografico MARC 21 WorldCat utilizzando il protocollo TCP/IP.

Per esportare i record con TCP/IP, è necessario che sia profilato nelle preferenze di esportazione.

  1. Nell'editor MARC 21, fare clic su Registra.
  2. Dal menu a discesa Registrazione, selezionare Sistema locale dal menu a comparsa Invia a.

Export a list of records using TCP/IP

 Nota: le istituzioni con un firewall devono configurarlo in modo che riconosca e accetti i dati dal seguente indirizzo IP per poter esportare i record direttamente da OCLC in un ILS: 132.174.100.234

  1. In the left navigation, select Export Lists. Bibliographic record export lists are displayed by default.
  2. Fare clic sul nome dell'elenco che si desidera esportare.
  3. (Optional) If you would like to remove any records from the export, select the check box next to the record(s), then click the Delete button at the top of the list.
  4. Click Export and select Send to local system (via TCP/IP) from the drop-down menu.

Export a list of records to your local machine

  1. In the left navigation, select Export Lists. Bibliographic record export lists are displayed by default.
  2. Fare clic sul nome dell'elenco che si desidera esportare.
  3. (Optional) If you would like to remove any records from the export, select the check box next to the record(s), then click the Delete button at the top of the list.
  4. Click Export and select Send to my computer from the drop-down menu. Depending on your individual browser settings, the exported file automatically downloads to a pre-selected file location, or the browser prompts you to open or save the exported file.
  5. Selezionare Salva file e fare clic su OK.
