Changes to MARC records not saved to WorldCat after clicking Produce and Update holdings
Symptom
- Edits made to WorldCat records are lost after setting holdings in Connexion client.

Resolution
Be sure to lock the WorldCat record before making permanent changes to records in WorldCat. Any time you edit a record without locking or replacing it, you are making local edits. A locally edited record is a copy of the WorldCat record that you can make temporary changes to without affecting the permanent WorldCat record.
