Problema Details

Loan Notification Count in Overdue Items Report Not Updating for Next-Generation Notifications

You cannot see the correct number of notifications sent in the "Loan Notification Count" column of the Overdue Items report when using Next-Generation Notifications with specific notification types of Loan due, Restricted loan, and Recall. The count will always display as 0.

Workaround: Cross-reference notification activity using the Assist Patron screen’s Notifications tab for each patron.
