How do I make a shelving location non-circulating?

In order to make a shelving location non-circulating, verify that you have a non-circulating loan policy created. These policies are found in Service Configuration > WMS Circulation > Loans > Loan Policy. Then, create a line in the Loan Policy Map linking the shelving location in question to the new non-circulating loan policy, This can also be done in the Service Configuration > WMS Circulation > Loans > Loan Policy Map.
