I'm not receiving the System Alert emails that I subscribed to. What's wrong with my subscription?
Symptom
- I am not receiving the OCLC System Alerts emails that I expect to receive.
Applies to
- Any user that has signed up for emailed alerts from the OCLC System Status Dashboard.
Resolution
If you've subscribed to OCLC System Alerts and aren't receiving notifications, there are a few steps that we recommend:
- Review your junk or clutter folders. Sometimes automated emails end up in these folders instead of your regular inbox.
- Try safe listing the email address that the alerts come from: oclc_system_alerts@oclc.org
