Voyager system

Find a template to be used to map the locations from your local Voyager system (ILS) to WMS.

This document is a template to be used to map the locations from your local non-Voyager system (ILS) to WMS.

Using an Excel spreadsheet, follow the examples below to translate locations from your ILS to WMS.

 Note: All data is case sensitive. Data from your system may vary.

List all possible combinations of locations and item types in your data (see examples in table below). If you have locations that do not have item records, you may add a row listing the location and leaving the item type cells blank. For example, periodicals, electronic resources, and government documents often do not have item type information (see Migration scenario 3).
