Bottom navigation

Overview

The Bottom Navigation settings allow you to customize the labels and destinations shown in the app’s bottom navigation bar to match your library's preferred terminology. This includes a fifth optional destination item that can be enabled, configured, or removed. The bottom navigation will automatically adjust its spacing based on whether there are four or five destination items.

Edit standard navigation items

1. From the left navigation, under the Elements menu, select Navigation > Bottom Navigation.
2. Under Standard Navigation Items, use the drop-down lists to update the terminology of the desired navigation items:
   1. Home
   2. Cerca
   3. Library Card
   4. Events
3. For Events, choose whether to use an Event Integration or Event URL.
4. Fare clic su Salva.

Edit optional navigation item

1. Under Optional Navigation Item, use the drop -down lists to select the preferred Action and Label:
   1. Action: Location Information 
      1. Label: Location or Locations
   2. Action: Contact
      1. Label: Contact or Contact Us
      2. Action Value: Select whether you would like to point to a custom screen you have created or use a built-in call and email modal.
2. Fare clic su Salva.
