I receive a system error occurred message when accessing WorldShare
Symptom
- When accessing WorldShare, you see the following error:
System error occurred (NET_ERR_IMPORTMAP)
Could not initialize the application. Please reload this page or contact support.

Resolution
This is likely caused by an outdated browser. Confirm with your local IT team that your browser is fully up to date.
In the meantime, try accessing WorldShare using a different browser (i.e., Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
If this does not resolve the issue, contact OCLC Support with a screenshot of the error message.
