How do I set up Usage Statistic Reports to be emailed to me?

Answer

1. Log into OCLC Usage Statistics.

2. Click on the report you would like to receive.

3. Click on the "Email" icon on the top right of the screen.

4. On the email set up page, enter your email in the "Email Address" text window. You can add multiple email addresses separated by a comma.

5. Select when it is to be sent (some reports are monthly, and some are weekly) and the format you'd like to receive (HTML or Excel), and save your settings.

6. You can check and see that your email address was saved by clicking the "List All" button.
