Use this screen to configure your internal staff notifications in WorldShare Interlibrary Loan.

Article Exchange

Inserire gli indirizzi e-mail per essere avvisati quando una richiesta di prestito è stata soddisfatta utilizzando Article Exchange.

  1. Select the check box next to Enable email notifications for filled borrowing requests via Article Exchange.
  2. Enter a Recipient email into the textbox. 
  3. Optional. Use the Add recipient email option to enter up to five additional email addresses. 
  4. Optional. Use the Preview or Send test email options to test your notification. 
  5. Fare clic su Salva.

Unfilled request

Enter email addresses to be notified when a borrowing request is unfilled.

  1. Select the check box next to Enable email notifications when a borrowing request is unfilled.  
  2. Enter a Recipient email into the textbox. 
  3. Optional. Use the Add recipient email option to enter up to five additional email addresses. 
  4. Optional. Use the Preview or Send test email options to test your notification. 
  5. Fare clic su Salva.

New lending requests

  Enter email addresses to be notified when a new lending request arrives.

  1. Select the check box next to Enable email notifications when a new lending request arrives.
  2. Enter a Recipient email into the textbox. 
  3. Optional. Use the Add recipient email option to enter up to five additional email addresses. 
  4. Optional. Use the Preview or Send test email options to test your notification. 
  5. Fare clic su Salva.
