Can Relais send notification emails from my organization's email domain?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Often Relais libraries would like to send emails from their own domain, but Relais emails cannot be made DMARC compliant. Also, Relais notifications can not set a reply-to email address.

Relais can send emails from donotreply@relais-host.com, and they will arrive as expected. If Relais sends an email from donotreply@YourLibraryName.edu, but the email security system notices it's actually coming from a Relais server and not YourLibraryName.edu, it will block the email.
