From DOCLINE

Learn how to access and save new requests using the DOCLINE Acknowledge Receipt process for Relais ILL.

New requests are accessed and saved using the DOCLINE Acknowledge Receipt process.  The file of new requests is added into Relais using Load Request.  See Flat file using LoadRequest for more information.

  • As part of the Acknowledge Receipt process, right click (or CTRL-s) on the Acknowledge Receipt form to view the source for the file of requests.
  • In order for the file of requests to be successfully loaded into Relais (including any diacritics) using Load Request, the file must be saved with UTF-8 encoding.
