I cannot see any entries in the Events Log in the ILLiad Client
Symptom
- You are looking at your events log, but the screen does not show any results

Resolution
The ILLiad Event Log documentation talks about the types of items that are tracked. If you are not seeing any results, it may be because of the following:
- There are no events that took place in the time period you specified.
- The time period you have is too short and you need to increase the time period. For example, if you have Show Events after 1/10/2019 and Show Events Before 1/11/2019, then you might need to increase the time period.
