Resolution
Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:
- In the Web circ folder on the server there is a Web.config file where you can adjust the timeout. It is listed in Mins and not seconds so be careful when you set the specified time.
- In IIS you need to do the following: The idle-time out in IIS for the ILLiad application pool also needs to be increased. IIS>ViewApplication Pools>ILLiad>Advanced Settings>Idle Time-out.
