Resolution
OCLC Hosted ILLiad institutions should contact OCLC Support. Self-hosted institutions should follow these steps:
- Open the Task Manager.
- End the ILLiad Connection Manager task.
- Restart the ILLiad Connection Manager.
Once it's been restarted, give the Connection Manager about 15 minutes to sort out any request processing it may be behind on.
Additional Information
Sometimes the Connection Manager will not produce this error until it has been restarted a second time, requiring the use of the Task Manager.
