How are upgrades handled for hosted ILLiad sites?

The OCLC hosting service for the ILLiad software allows sites to utilize a scheduling system to choose the date and time when OCLC operations staff will upgrade their ILLiad server software to the latest version (e.g., to version 9.2.4). Please contact OCLC Support directly if you require your link to the scheduling system.
A corresponding ILLiad Client update may also need to be performed by you, your systems librarians or your IT staff when OCLC Operations have completed the two-hour upgrade window. When opening the ILLiad client, right-click on the shortcut and "Run as Administrator."
