New user preference for setting more preserved 852 subfields when applying and previewing a constant data template to an LHR

A new user preference has been added under User preferences / Working with records / LHRs has been added. You can now add more 852 subfields that you want to be preserved when applying and previewing a constant data record to a LHR. 

In the below example, the 852 subfields b, c, h and i would not be overwritten by data coming from a constant data template.  

When applying and previewing a constant data template on a LHR you can still remove individual subfields if needed. Remove them from the "Preserved 852 subfields" box by clicking the "x" on the subfield tag. 
After clicking on "Apply Constant Data," only the selected subfields in the box will be overwritten. 

Please note that this only applies to the workflow of applying and previewing a constant data template to an LHR, it does not apply to "Apply Default Constant Data".

LHR with different item categories (Basic, Supplementary) has incorrect and duplicate $8 subfields

If you work on an LHR with different item categories (Basic, Supplementary) the correct captions for enumeration and chronology are saved when updating the LHR. Previously, these LHRs had incorrect and duplicate $8 subfields and some of the enumeration and chronology fields were not correctly updated after making a change.
