Introduction
This release of WorldShare Record Manager provides one new feature and enhancement in addition to four bug fixes. These features will help you manage more complex workflows, including:
- Send bibliographic records and bibliographic Saved - In Progress records that don't have an 001 field to label print list
- Bug fixes
- Populate the enumeration/chronology content when sending a record to a label print list from the LHR text-view editor
- When sending a bibliographic record to a label print list, punctuation should not be printed
- AI Metadata enrichment service option missing for Saved - In Progress records
- A server error shows when trying to open holdings, details or copies page

New features and enhancements
Send bibliographic records and bibliographic Saved - In Progress records that don't have a 001 field to label print list
You can now send bibliographic records and bibliographic records Saved - In Progress records that don't have a 001 field to a label print list. Previously, bibliographic records needed a 001 field (= OCLC number) in order to send it to a label print list.
This allows you to create labels for records that haven't been created in WorldCat yet.
Send bibliographic records that don't have a 001 field to label print list
A bibliographic record that is either a workform or has been derived from an existing record does not have a 001 field yet. You can now send a record without a 001 field to a label print list.
Send bibliographic Saved - In Progress records that don't have a 001 field to label print list
A bibliographic Saved - In Progress record that has been saved to the Saved - In Progress from a workform does not have a 001 field yet. You can now send a record without a 001 field to a label print list.
Bug fixes
Populate the enumeration/chronology content when sending a record to a label print list from the LHR text-view editor
When sending an item that has enumeration/chronology from the LHR text-view editor to a label print list, the respective enumeration/chronology content is carried over into the label print list and displays as selected in the enumeration/chronology dropdown.
Previously, the enumeration/chronology had to be manually selected.
When sending a bibliographic record to a label print list, punctuation should not be printed
You can now send a bibliographic record to a label print list, and if your label template contains a content type of Title or Author, no trailing punctuation is added to the label. Previously, the trailing punctuation was printed on the label.
AI Metadata enrichment service option missing for Saved - In Progress records
You can now use the AI Metadata enrichment service from a bibliographic Saved - In Progress file record. Previously, this option was not available in the Saved - In Progress file, but only for bibliographic WorldCat records.
A server error shows when trying to open holdings, details or copies page
You can now use the currency XCG for the cost field in the local holding record. Previously, a server error showed when trying to open holdings, details or copies page in the case that XCG was configured as the standard currency.
