Scoprite come esportare i record di autorità da un elenco di esportazione al vostro computer locale o utilizzando il protocollo TCP/IP in WorldShare Record Manager.

Esportazione di un record di autorità individuale tramite TCP/IP

Per esportare i record con TCP/IP, è necessario che sia profilato nelle preferenze di esportazione.

  1. From the authority record editor, click Record in the top navigation.
  2. From the Record drop-down menu, select the Send to flyout menu then select Local System (via TCP/IP).

Esportazione di più record tramite TCP/IP

  1. In the left navigation, select Export Lists and then select the Authority tab.
  2. Fare clic sul nome dell'elenco che si desidera esportare.
  3. (Optional) If you would like to remove any records from the export, select the check box next to the record(s), then click the Delete button at the top of the list.
  4. Click Export and select Send to local system (via TCP/IP) from the drop-down menu.

Esportazione di più record sul computer locale

  1. In the left navigation, select Export Lists and then select the Authority tab.
  2. Click the name of the list you want to export records from.
  3. (Optional) If you would like to remove any records from the export, select the check box next to the record(s), then click the Delete button at the top of the list.
  4. Click Export and select Send to my computer. The browser then prompts you to open or save the exported file.
  5. Selezionare Salva file e fare clic su OK.
