What time zone does Collection Manager use for the Activity History?

When displaying times in Activity History, Collection Manager should convert each time to the time zone of the user's computer system. So if one system is set to Eastern Time and the user sees an activity at 2pm, another user whose system is set to Hawaii Standard Time would see the activity displayed at 8am (or 9am, depending on whether the activity occurred during Daylight Saving Time or not).
