When I try to add a key to Digital Collection Gateway, I get an HTTP Status 500 error.

• When you try to add a key to Digital Collection Gateway, the following error occurs: 

  • HTTP Status 500 -

    description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

Resolution

This error occurs when you try to add a key that's already been added. Check the "Keys" box to see if the key you're trying to add is already there.
