When searching in Connexion, I receive the message "Search term is required."

- You have provided search terms, but receive the message "Search term is required" in Connexion.

Resolution
This could be caused by special characters in the terms provided (i.e., colon or parentheses). If a special character is present, remove it from the query and try again.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support with a screenshot of the message and the exact terms you are using to search.
