My MARC file is not importing into my Online Save File.
Symptom
- It says no records were imported when I try to import my file (File > Import Records > choose file under Browse > choose to import to Online Save File > OK button).

Resolution
Check the .mrc file in MarcEdit to see if records have any non-numeric characters in field tags (such as 5XX or 6XX rather than 500 or 600). The Online Save File may not be able to handle non-numeric characters in field tags, but the Local Save File can.
There are a couple of options. You can:
- Import the file as-is to the Local Save File, edit the non-numeric tag, then move it to the Online Save File
- Edit the tag in MarcEdit to be a numerical value, then import the new version to the Online Save File
