How to add WorldCat holdings in batch from a file of MARC records using Connexion client

If you have a list of OCLC numbers for the records, it can be easier to batch set or delete holdings by OCLC number. If you don't have a list of OCLC numbers, follow the steps below to import the MARC records file and add holdings.

1. First, import your MARC file following the instructions: Import bibliographic records
2. The steps above will add the records to your save file. Once the records are in your save file, highlight the records so they are all in blue. It may be easiest to click the first record, hold down the shift key, and click the last record.
3. With all the records selected, click Action > Update holdings.
