Error: "Unable to open the TCP/IP connection. Unable to resolve the host name"

Symptom

  • When trying to export a record via Gateway export in Connexion client, you get an error: "Unable to open the TCP/IP connection. Unable to resolve the host name"

Resolution

Contact the support team for your local system (ILS) and confirm that you're entering the correct host name in your Gateway Export settings in Connexion.
