ECCN or CCATS for OCLC Label Program

I am requesting the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) and/or (CCATS) for the OCLC Label Program 1.22.
If you are unable to provide the ECCN or CCATS, could you please provide the following information:
- Is there any encryption utilized within the software?
- Is there a log on/authentication process utilized to access the software?
- Brief description on what the software is used for?

OCLC's EIN/Federal ID #31-0734115 is the number we provide in response to ECCN requests.
The label program is old and it doesn't have encryption. There is no logon authentication to use the program. Logon authentication is required to download the software from the OCLC product download page. The program allows libraries to use the call number information from their bibliographic records in WorldCat via Connexion cataloging interface to print call number labels to put on physical items in the library's collection.
