040 invalid code error
Symptom
- You are getting an error when validating a record. The error reads something like the below:
"040 occurrence 1, $c occurrence 1 - invalid code"

Resolution
Ensure you are entering the correct organization code. If so, contact OCLC Support with your Connexion authorization number, a screenshot of what you've entered in the field, as well as the error you're getting.
