Use the Views report to see the total number of views in a given date range for your items, pages, and collections within CONTENTdm (new version).

​  Roles: Users with the Administrator or Collection manager role can manage reports. Refer to CONTENTdm (new version) roles. 

Use the Views report to see the number of views on items, pages, and collections.

1. Views type roll-up

Under the Views type roll-up, view the Total page views across your site and the Total item views in your site. 

2. Views

For a more granular view, use the tabs under Views to see specific views for Items, Pages, and Collections. 

The Items tab lists all items in the collection.

  • Click the Item title to view that item directly within CONTENTdm (new version).

The Collections tab aggregates the items in that collection. The item count includes the items for which the collection is the primary collection. 

  • Click the Collection name to view the collection directly within CONTENTdm (new version). 

The Pages tab will show all the webpages in the repository. It will show how often a user goes directly to a specific page. Custom pages are also included. 

  • Click the Page name to view the public-facing URL for that page.
