Symptom

  • When you try to open a project in the Project Client, you get an error message: Unable to open most recently used project. There is an error in XML document 0,0

Applies to

  • CONTENTdm

Resolution

Have everyone using the Project Client close out of it and restart their devices. If that doesn't resolve the issue, the project is corrupted and needs to be deleted.
