If your institution is utilizing the branch-based acquisitions features introduced in the Acquisitions module in December 2025, these report changes will assist you with your payment analysis. We encourage you to review all materials carefully before enabling this feature. Once enabled, branch-based acquisitions cannot be disabled. Therefore, libraries wishing to use this feature must be certain of what is involved before enabling the feature. |

Updated acquisitions reports to support branch-based acquisitions
If your institution is utilizing the branch-based acquisitions features introduced in December 2025, these report changes will assist you with your payment analysis.
Analisi dell'attività di pagamento
You can now filter your Payment Activity Analysis report to a more specific granularity, particularly if you are utilizing the branch-based acquisition feature.
New filters:
- Invoice Acquisitions Branch Name: The institution branch optionally associated with an acquisitions invoice, indicating the source or owning branch of the invoiced materials.
- Invoice Acquisitions Department: The specific department within an institution branch, optionally associated with an acquisitions invoice, indicating where the invoiced materials will be processed.
Additionally, when you drill through to the Title Copy Detail, you will view new columns for Invoice Acquisitions Branch Name and Invoice Acquisitions Department.

You can also now view the new Invoice Acquisitions Branch and Invoice Acquisitions Department columns in the detailed rows of the standalone Title Copy Payment Detail report. Filters for these new fields have been added to allow for quick and easy payment analysis.
