Overview
The Document Delivery Request Overview report provides a summary of the activity for document delivery requests and fulfillments.

- Data refresh rate: This report's data is updated monthly. It will be updated by the fourth of the month and will be "as of" the end of the previous month.
- Data history start date: Last five years (rolling date range)
- Default date range: The last twelve calendar months

The Document Delivery Request Overview report visual has one slicer that can be applied. By default, the slicer is set to All.
- Request Item Material Format - Select one or more of the available values to update the report. The available values will depend on your institution's holdings.

The Document Delivery Request Overview report provides four views.
Overview
Document Delivery Filled Count Overview is the default view of the Document Delivery Request Overview report. Click the Overview button to return to this view.
The Overview provides a visual and a table:
- Visual: Document Delivery Filled Count Overview
- The table includes the following columns:
- Request Closed Year Month

Patron Status
Click the Patron Status button to switch the visual to the Patron Status view.
The Patron Status view provides two visuals and one table:

- Visual 2: Average Filled Turnaround Time (Days) by Request Patron Status
- The table includes the following columns:

Document Delivery Request Overview drill-through report columns
To access the Document Delivery Request Overview drill-through report:
- Hover over a row in any of the report view tables, hover over Drill through from the pop-up dialog, and click the Magnifying glass button (
) in the pop-up menu.
Or - Right-click a row in any of the report view tables, hover over Drill through from the pop-up menu, and click the Magnifying glass button () in the pop-out menu.
The Document Delivery Request Overview drill-through report provides a detailed listing of document delivery requests for a given period of time. It contains the following columns. Click on a column name for more information.
