Filter by how many times the item was circulated

1. In the Limits panel, select Circulated # times in lifetime.
2. Define the circulated # times in lifetime limit.
   • If you select More than from the drop-down list, enter the minimum number of times that an item was circulated in its lifetime.
   • If you select Equals from the drop-down list, enter the exact number of times that an item was circulated in its lifetime.
   • If you select Less than from the drop-down list, enter the maximum number of times that an item was circulated in its lifetime.
3. Fare clic su Applica limiti.

Filter using the Date Holding Added to OCLC limit

1. In the Limits panel, select Date Holding Added to OCLC.
2. Define the date holding added to OCLC limit.
   • If you select Between from the drop-down list, enter a year in both the beginning and ending date text fields to define the date range when you want the date to occur.
   • If you select Greater than from the drop-down list, enter the year that you want all dates to come after.
   • If you select Less than from the drop-down list, enter the year that you want all dates to come before.
3. (Optional) If you want to add another holding added date limit, click Additional "Date Holding Added to OCLC" and repeat step 3.
4. Fare clic su Applica limiti.

Filter using the Format limit

Filtrare utilizzando il limite della lingua

Filtrare utilizzando il limite della data di circolazione più recente

1. Nel pannello Limiti, selezionare Ultima data di circolazione.
2. Definire l'ultima data limite di circolazione.
   • Se si seleziona Tra dall'elenco a discesa, immettere un anno nei campi di testo della data di inizio e di fine per definire l'intervallo di date in cui si desidera che si verifichi l'ultima data di circolazione.

   • Se si seleziona Minore di dall'elenco a discesa, immettere l'anno in cui si desidera che tutte le ultime date di circolazione vengano precedenti.
3. (Facoltativo) Se si desidera aggiungere un'altra data limite di circolazione più recente, fare clic su "Ultima data circolazione" aggiuntiva e ripetere il passaggio 4.
4. Fare clic su Applica limiti.

Filtrare utilizzando il Limite di posizione

La posizione è determinata da 852 $b e $c nei record del posseduto locale (LHR).

1. Nel pannello Limiti, selezionare Posizione.
2. Fare clic su Aggiungi parametro posizione.
3. Select one or more locations.
4. Click OK.
5. Fare clic su Applica limiti.

Filtrare utilizzando il limite di data di pubblicazione

1. Nel pannello Limiti, selezionare Data di pubblicazione.
2. Definire la data limite di pubblicazione.
   • Se si seleziona Tra dall'elenco a discesa, immettere un anno nei campi di testo della data di inizio e di fine per definire l'intervallo di date in cui si desidera che la data di pubblicazione avvenga.
   • Se si seleziona Maggiore di dall'elenco a discesa, immettere l'anno dopo il quale si desidera che tutte le date di pubblicazione vengano.
   • Se si seleziona Minore di dall'elenco a discesa, immettere l'anno in cui si desidera far precedere tutte le date di pubblicazione.
3. (Optional) If you want to add another publication date limit, click Add Location Parameter and repeat step 3.
4. Fare clic su Applica limiti.

Filter using the Shared by Peer Libraries limit

1. In the Limits panel, Shared by Peer Libraries.
2. Define the shared by peer libraries limit.
   • If you select More than from the drop-down list, enter the minimum number of peer libraries that hold the item.
   • If you select Equals from the drop-down list, enter the exact number of peer libraries that hold the item.
   • If you select Less than from the drop-down list, enter the maximum number of peer libraries that hold the item.
3. Fare clic su Applica limiti.
