Why does Digby crash after a few scans?

Symptom
  • Digby app shuts down after a few scans
  • Screen gets darker with each scan

Resolution

Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling the app will resolve this issue. You may also want to check the brightness setting on your device and making sure it is set to "automatic".
